About Me

ChatGPT Image June 5, 2026, 08_07_24.png

The body, mental health, and how we can create a truly authentic, heartfelt life have fascinated me since my youth. This interest led me to train as a classical massage therapist. Following that, I studied dance therapy for three years. And in 2026, I completed training in sound healing and sound & breath.

For me, the language of the heart and soul expresses itself through the body. In my two years of experience working with people, I've come to realize that the greatest gift lies in listening more closely, feeling, experiencing, and then acting accordingly. This can only happen in a safe space. Sounds and frequencies can help us release old emotions from the fascia through vibrations, allowing us to let go and create anew.

sounds

Sounds remind us of our truth, of what is deeply buried, forgotten, and lost. The vibrations, oscillations, and tones change us at a cellular level. They can gently bring repressed material to the surface and transform it. Sounds have a demonstrably healing effect on our nervous system and, through their vibrations, release emotions from the fascia.

breath

Our breath accompanies us every moment, reacting directly to our emotional state and directly influencing our nervous system. Even if we've long forgotten, the body has its own memory—"the body keeps the score." Much of the old remains, preventing us from inviting new experiences into our lives. But if we use our breath correctly, we can gently release these old, ingrained emotions from the body and create space for the new.

Movement

We can gain deep access to the subconscious by listening to our bodies. We can remember through the smallest movements. In everyday life, feelings are often suppressed, and the body carries old emotions, even though it's long past time to let them go.

If we become still for a moment, things can happen that never had the chance before.
